Piece is in great condition with one flaw. The Victorian University tiny sign which comes separate from the piece in the box is broken where it attached to the main building. The price reflects that. See photos for details of condition.
This may be fixable by someone. It looks as if someone tried to put together normally and the end broke off inside the hole of the mount.
