- Here is a scarce dove decoy from the CLB Company, Houston, Tx. The bird is made of cardboard and "Rain-Proofed" with two weighted wires attached to a body post. This decoy is designed to sit on a wire or wire fence rocking back and forth like a live bird. They do show signs of age as pictured. The box is very beat up as well. Comes with a lot of 8 of these.
