- This is a very neat old bike. We were told that it is from the 80''s. Appears to be 12 speed. It does have PHTW 60 on the tag on it. It is for someone over 6'' tall. The seat material is coming off of the seat as pictured. The toe clip straps are pretty beat up as pictured. The shifter and the gears all do shift pretty well. Might need a good tune up. The tires do hold air for a few days, but are very old and probably need to be replaced. This is a very unique bike. Comes exactly as pictured.
