- This unit does power on and work. It looks like a bulb behind the radio dial is burnt out because one part is a little darker than the rest. The dial is just a little off. The dial is behind about a 1/4" from where the stations are. The volume is very staticy when it is adjusted but clears right up when stationary. The power plug has been cutoff and will require a new one. Please view all the pictures and the video. Comes exactly as pictured.
