- This winch does turn and everything moves fine. The spring the connects to the brake lever is broken and needs to be replaced. The pin in the brake lever also needs to be replaced. Measures approximately 13" long by 7.75" wide by 7.5" tall. It does not have the crank handle. Comes exactly as pictured.
