- This item does power on and the lights come on. I cannot seem to get any audio out of the unit. I did try to put a reel on, but I am not 100% positive that I am doing it correctly. Some static is out put as the volume knobs are turned up and down but cannot hear any music. It is missing a knob as show in the pictured. It does have some scratches and markings as pictured. This item is being sold as is.
